Application to International Week 2026
To apply for the International Week, please contact gri@ipportalegre.pt, who will provide the link for the official application.
Please note:
- The application through this link is mandatory to participate in the International Week.
- The link will only be sent after the Erasmus mobility process has been completed and after verification of the number of allocated spots for each university.
- Exceptions:
- Institutions that are part of EU4Dual – no prior approval required; standard procedure applies.
- Partners outside the European Union with existing protocols – these must have previously confirmed participation with the Pro-President for Internationalization, Mobility, External Relations, and Cooperation (mariajma@ipportalegre.pt) before submitting the application.
- This application must faithfully reflect your participation. If you are unsure that you will attend, please do not submit an application.
- Accompanying persons: Please note that if participants bring companions, these individuals will not have access to the planned program activities (visits, lunch, dinner, etc.).
